The ASCENT team is made up of an Administrative Core, which is supported by a staff of researchers and advised by a supplementary committee. The inherent translational nature of this quality improvement project requires an interdisciplinary team made up of clinicians, researchers and information technology personnel who are a part of institutions both within and outside of UCSF.
